  When a new account is added and date inputed for an existing client and ADB reconciliation is selected, the account will bill for the average daily balance on existing days in the quarter when running billing for next quarter.

•  New Feature – Signature request for amending contracts
  User has option to send an updated contract for signature for an existing client, when the fee schedule is updated or otherwise.
•  Enhancement – Closed or $0 balance account fee adjustments
  When an account is closed or $0 for an existing client, users have the ability to assign any outstanding fee or credit to another account. 
•  New Feature – Fee collection reconcile
  If all values from an invoices are debited from the account, the invoice will automatically be marked “paid.”
•  Enhancement – Accounts moving masters. 
  Ability to move accounts between masters without updating contracts and maintaining records.

  New tab added with revenue insights including AUM, last collected revenue and average blended rate. 
•  Enhancement – Advanced Billing Reconciliation
  We’ve enhanced our billing system to offer a new “look-back” reconciliation feature for advisors who bill quarterly in advance. Rather than shifting entirely to billing in arrears, advisors can bill at the start of the quarter and at the end of the quarter, the system compares the average daily balance over the previous quarter with the amount paid in advance. Any difference is credited or debited to the client’s account, ensuring fair and precise billing.

  Added the capability to select a date for new accounts to start billing; app will automatically bill for that day forward in upcoming billing.
